I am lucky because I had Charlotte in my world and on my side. I trusted her and she trusted me. She was always very busy at work, and yet she always made time for me. Even a few minutes with her were enough to help me feel calm, change my perspective and lift my mood. I will always miss her. I don't think I have ever met anyone else who laughs with her whole body like Charlotte. I always knew when she was around long before seeing her because of her laugh. We shared a love of ridiculous knitted items and great boots. We 'got' each other and I miss her. Everyone says that there are no words and it's so true. So here I am sending heartfelt condolences to Richard and to Charlotte's family and friends. Fran Traynor x
