This will help us show our appreciation to the staff who do an amazing job, in sometimes very difficult circumstances. Beautiful message Moll. If you're anything like me I still ask her advice before I make any decision. Answer usually starts with eyes rolling upwards then a part spoken, part sighed'Riiiiiich'pause for effect, tone and speech pattern changes to one appropriate for explaining something to a 4 year old for the 5th time , 'Now don't be a (pick expletive). Because if you do (x) then (X) is going to happen. And we don't want that do we? No.' So she's always there with us. Still feel her getting great satisfaction when I screw something up and loving ripping the xxxx out of me before tiring of that picking up her phone then it begins, beginning with 'a'. 'Ooooh! Guess what Mr. 'I'm so cool and perfect' Rich has just done????' Always there. XxxR

two years without you doesn’t feel real, it feels like so much longer since we last saw you, and there’s so much i want to be able to tell you. i finally made it to germany! i know you’d have some brill advice for me right now, just like you always did, and you’d always be spot on. there will never be anyone like you, so immediately understanding of any topic we talked about. i’d give anything to come home on a friday night to you and mum at the table with a brew, waiting to put the world to rights. i hope we’re making you proud, we think of you every day and love and miss you millions ❤️ xx
