Charlotte, it was such a privilege to spend 5 days a week sitting next to you and bothering you with my nonsense talk. We spent maybe more time than necessary discussing dogs and enabling each others' caffeine habits, but somehow you still managed to surreptitiously mentor me when I wasn't looking. I've spent much of the last few months asking myself "what would Charlotte do?" and I will be doing so for a very long time to come.
