Charlotte, you welcomed me into your life. You were one in a million - down to earth, generous, funny and kind to everyone that met you. You saw the good in people and nurtured it. I knew whenever I came to Manchester that there would be sport on the telly, good music and a can of bitter, but most of all a warm and generous welcome. Rest in peace x
